Application Instructions

1. Ensure nails are properly prepped and cleaned.

4. Apply one thin coat of O.P.I GelColor Stay Shiny Top Coat.
5. Cure for 30 seconds under the O.P.I LED Light.
6. Remove the inhibition layer with a lint-free wipe soaked in O.P.I N.A.S. 99.
